Who is DJ Kina Keen?

DJ Kina Keen is a Brooklyn, NY native ready here to capture the moment! 

Growing up in the big city has exposed her ears to various genres of music that has inspired her to create a perfect vibe as an open format DJ. Being of Caribbean and Latin descent, she has creatively implemented a blend of today’s music with her roots. In her sets, you can catch her mixing Hip Hop, House, Pop, Soca, Reggaeton, R&B, Top 40 & many more. As music continues to evolve, DJ Kina Keen studies to ensure that her audience feels connected to every song she plays. If asked “what about DJing she takes pride in” she will say “it’s all about the transitions and keeping a good flow” Music is her therapy through life, and It was at age 30 where Kina Keen realized her passion and decided to share her love of music with the world through DJing. 

DJ Kina Keen is best described as: professional, positive, classy, creative, team player and a hard worker. This has landed her the opportunity to work with client's such as New York & Company, Sistah's In Business, Black Girls in Media, Lithonia HS, Mableton Improvement Coalition in Cobb County and various private events ranging from Birthday & Baby Showers to Weddings & Graduation parties. Her goal for every gig is to be a part of the experience and capture the special moments. 

Outside of DJing, Kina is a full-time Advertising Executive. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, DIY projects, exercising with her dog and spending time with loved ones.
